Success Manager

The patient relationship management software seamlessly integrates with dental practice management software, working alongside practices and patients throughout the entire customer journey. Legwork is growing and adding to its team. We are excited to find the right Customer Success Manager to join us and become an integral part of the Legwork team in the Wenatchee location!

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the customer relationship, a fierce advocate for the customer, and understand what it means to be responsible for the customer relationship.

Core Responsibilities:

- Own overall relationship with assigned clients, including retention and churn defense

- Understand the value drivers for the customer and push adopting critical features

- Coach the customer to understand our value and communicate it up throughout their organization

- Advocate for the customer within Legwork and marshal the resources to resolve issues blocking

customers from realizing value

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent additional experience and / or education

- At Least 3 years in Customer Success/Customer Retention or traditional account management

- Familiarity with SaaS Customer Success

- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Self-Starter, can work with guidance and direction, rather than supervision

- Detail-oriented and data-driven

Legwork is dedicated to the health and safety of our employees and under normal circumstances this position would work in an office environment in one of our Seattle or Wenatchee, Washington locations. However, depending on the start date of this position, it will most likely start as a remote work position until it's safe to return to our offices.
