Custom Construction & Cabinetry is looking for a skilled lead carpenter who has at least ten years of experience and can run a crew of at least four people.
Although we do not require that every skill under the sun is known by a potential applicant, we do expect that they have extensive knowledge and at least three years experience in two of the following categories: 1) residential framing; 2) various forms of siding; and 3) finish carpentry. It is a plus for an applicant to also have experience doing drywall repairs, concrete, HVAC, windows, painting, or other applicable construction experience.
