Must be great self-starter and take pride and satisfaction in doing a great job to serve our tenants!

Ability to quickly respond and assess the situation, and handle it efficiently, promptly, and cost-effectively,and courteous & friendly for the tenants.

Provide great customer service for work orders!

Ability to take care of most everything that's in an apartment building including but not limited to prepping and painting, sheet rock repair and texturing, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, flooring, tiling, counter tops, doors & windows, key locks, roofing, etc.

Must have valid driver's license with good record, and a reliable truck or van, along with tools. (We provide a monthly allowance.)

Good criminal, credit, drug & alcohol, and employment record. Must be able to pass drug test.
