Job Description
We are looking for a talented AdvertisingAssistant to join our company. This full-time position will be best suited for a team-spirited, skilled, and proactive person who can engage the target audience. Our ideal candidate must pay close attention to details and grasp project requirements instantly. They will have the confidence to instruct and lead members of the Advertising team.
Responsibilities- Help maintain business excellence by helping update internal budget trackers, customer sales, and other deliverables related to the account
- Work with the Director to develop brand strategies, positioning, programs, and sales campaigns for clients.
- Manage sales cycle daily by engaging with Account Executives,
- Serve as a key point of contact for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers and Account Executives.
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings; preparation, and distribution of materials, agendas, notes, and handouts.
- Be responsible for executing sales targets.
- Act as the client's main interface in the sales pipeline.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in related field with work experience.
Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
Familiarity with basic Accounting principles.
Professional manner and strong ethical code.
Experience within a similar role.
Strong communication skills to ensure you can liaise cross-department
Ability to work autonomously
