PositionSummary :

Global HyCO(GHYCO) has an immediate opening for a position in the Reliability group tosupport HyCO’s operating plants in the North Region, based out of the Whiting, INfacility.

This position is responsible for improving the safety, reliabilityand efficiency of plant fixed and rotating equipment by applying engineeringexpertise to maintenance, performance, and operational issues.

JobOverview :

Drivestandard practices around preventive and predictive maintenance processes forresponsible sites.

Establishand monitor inspections, PMs and PdMs for mechanical equipment.

Maintainhigh level of effectiveness around CMMS and Spare parts availability.

Drivereduction in unplanned down time, discovery work and repeat events to reduceoverall life cycle cost and increase operating profit for the HyCO business

KeyResponsibilities :

Performinspections and support troubleshooting activities on mechanical equipment toimprove plant safety, reliability, and overall performance.

Performfailure analysis and RCAs on equipment failures.Develop corrective actions and track results.

Developmaintenance procedures and PMs to improve equipment performance and reliabilitywhile minimizing repair costs.

Developand implement equipment maintenance strategies working with Subject MatterExperts

Analyzebad actors and repeat corrective maintenance items. Maintain bad actor list andserve as scope lead for projects that eliminate bad actors.

Performquarterly IR scans of refractory-lined equipment and issue recommendations asneeded.

Reviewresults of predictive programs oil analysis, vibration routes) to monitorequipment health, predict failures, and optimize maintenance frequency.
