Move Coordinator/ Customer Service

Superman Moving & Storage , LLC is seeking a full time Move Coordinator.

This person will assist our dispatcher in keeping a smooth daily operation within our Moving & Storage Business.

Responsibilities.

Answer inbound and make outbound calls daily, speaking directly to customers, cannot be shy or timid.

While communicating with customers via phone, email or text.

Go over company policy’s, confirm date, time of move, confirm anticipated charges, reschedule or make changes to already scheduled moves with direction from dispatcher.

Verify accurate count of supplies, tools needed to be sent on up coming move.

This person is the last person in the company who speaks to the customer before the move.

Must have excellent , computer, typing and phone skills.

Must have an energetic personality.

Must be reliable.

2 years of office experience preferred.

Plenty of room for employment growth.

Thursday - Monday ( yes weekends Included)

11:00am- 7:00pm
