Job Description
The Advertising Assistant is responsible for creating sales efficiencies and overseeing the day-to-day business requirements related to the production of promotional signage. This position engages and maintains the relationship with our clients customers and the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:- Assist in all aspects of media planning, buying, optimizing, reporting, and reviewing marketing results.
- Support manager with the internal and external communications processes to efficiently promote the clients' products and services.
- Collect sales performance data and input into company database.
- Construct individual assignments for major campaign projects, preparing presentations as necessary.
- Provide assistance and reporting to the account team for their daily communication with clients and vendors.
- Set up appointments with potential clients, communicate with clients.
- Attend business events with superiors.
Qualifications
- College degree in marketing, economics or business.
- Concentration in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
- Understanding of basic advertising concepts and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Assertive communication.
- Hard working, punctual, team player.
- High level of organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Comfortable working within deadlines.
