Job Description

The Sr Manager

Digital Marketing
reporting to the Sr. Director, Digital Marketing will create new campaigns, conduct bid management and optimization, define an launch ad testing frameworks and prepare campaign reports. The keys to success in this role are confidence, accountability and a cross functional action-oriented attitude.

A day in the life…

  • Collaborate cross functionally with marketing team members to achieve project goals
  • Develop keyword lists and ad copy for PPC campaigns and SEO optimization
  • Create new campaigns (PPC, Display, Paid Social) utilizing internal & external web and publisher platforms
  • Proactively identify and implement potential campaign improvements and optimizations
  • Define and own digital ad testing frameworks across digital publishers and ad networks
  • Manage keyword research tools, competitive analysis and monthlybudget management and planning
  • Assess landing pages used in marketing campaigns across publishers
  • Create campaign and other digital reporting to illustrate digital program efficacy
  • Monitor new trends in search and other digital advertising and make recommendations to marketing and the business
  • Manage new cross functional projects and campaigns from initiation to completion
  • Work with the business stakeholders to define expectation timelines and deliverables of digital campaigns
  • Translate business goals into deliverables

Qualifications

What we are looking for…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 yr experience in search engine marketing on Google, Bing, and other digital banner platform experience.
  • Strong SEO background and experience
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other third-party analytics and optimization tools
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office other digital marketing tools that enable success
  • Excellent communications skills to deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting and other presentation needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, high degree of professionalism, and strong attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to multitask and work within firm deadlines
  • Prior experience with PPC and SEO competitive analysis tools
  • Agency experience or experience working with multiple advertisers is a plus
