IAA, Inc. is searching for a Branch Supervisor to join the team at our facility in Spokane, WA.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, engaged and positive work environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with operational standards.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with external customers/vendors including; Insurance Companies, Towing Vendors & Buyers.
  • Design more efficient ways of processing work.
  • Resolve branch-level employee issues.
  • Actively enforce company policy, reporting or responding appropriately to all violations or reports of violations.
  • Recommend or perform personnel actions such as salary increases, performance reviews, hiring and disciplinary action.
  • Collaborate effectively with various internal departments including; HR, Corporate teams and the Sales/Remarketing group.
  • Up to 25% travel.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience
  • Solid customer service skills
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Proficient in time management.
  • Ability to function well as part of a team.
  • Professional and clean appearance.

Preferred Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ related experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
