Order Fulfillment Coordinator

As an Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and completing all daily service requests from our customers for shipping (both Domestic and International), inventory management and other related services, by end of each day. You will coordinate and work closely with the warehouse team to schedule and execute kitting and testing special projects. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, being an expert on their products and who they sell to and serving their logistics need in its entirety.

This position requires someone with extensive Microsoft Excel skills. You will also need to use Outlook for daily email correspondence. This position requires you to be comfortable talking to customers on the phone/email and answers their questions. You will be handling paperwork related to B2C and B2B orders coming in from multiple sources and help coordinate internal procedures needed to process these orders.

Job Functions & Duties:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

– Data entry

– Use internal applications, carrier portals (FedEx, UPS, LTL), and reseller portals (ie Amazon Vendor Central, BestBuy, Walmart)

– Request Routing and Coordinate LTL, FTL and Inter-Modal/Rail pickups

– Able to provide clear instructions to the Warehouse team

– Generate Work Orders, Custom Labels, Shipping Documentation

– Inventory Management/Allocation

– Assume ownership and responsibility for ensuring orders ship correctly and on time

– Conduct quality checks on the work being performed and taking corrective actions as needed

– Communicate with internal teams, clients, carriers and retailers.

Job Requirements:

– Candidates must demonstrate a history of success and a drive to build a career.

– A college degree is preferred, but not required.

– Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

– Exceptional ability to work with a wide range of tasks and people

– Able to multi-task and prioritize what needs to be done during the day/week/month

– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

– Eager to help and ability to take initiative

– Strong planning skills and a natural attention to detail

– Punctual and reliable

– Must be self directed
