HVAC Dispatcher

Well established company is seeking a highly motivated office assistant/dispatcher that possess good communication and has good people skills, is detail orientated and demonstrates a willingness to learn. Prior experience is preferred but not required. Will train.

Responsibilities include:

Scheduling

Service dispatching

Answering multiple phone lines

Multi tasking
