Position open for experienced customer service representative with a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who is seeking long term employment. Someone that is serious minded but, handles pressure in a relaxed manner. Experience is a must.
Skills and qualifications:
Excellent listening and communication skills
Exceptional phone skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; outlook, word and excel
Ability to learn new computer software quickly
Proven decision making skills to choose the most appropriate course of action
The ability to integrate new information into problem-solving
Detail oriented
Accurate light bookkeeping abilities
2+ years experience
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting walk-in customers, visitors and answering phones
Managing correspondence and updating account information
Placing outbound calls for past due account collections
Process payments
Perform other duties as may be required within the office environment
