About the Program

Our Outpatient Program provides assessment and evaluation, treatment plan development, and provides clinically indicated outpatient therapy, case management, skills training, and psychiatric (medication) services. The Psychiatric Services Team operates as a branch within the Outpatient Program, specializing in psychiatric, nursing, and medication services. Psychiatric services are provided both on-site and remotely through telemedicine.

About the Position

We have a Full-Time opening for Support Services II, which will provide administrative support to our Outpatient Services Program. This position consists of answering phones, directing calls, greeting visitors; scheduling appointments; making follow up and reminder calls; enrolling clients in services; collecting accurate required intake data; interacting with our EMR on a daily basis to create and maintain client records; and assisting with accounting procedures. Will be working one-on-one with our team of Therapists and Psychiatric Providers. Other duties may include processing incoming and outgoing mail; distribution of correspondence; label printing; generating letters; organizing and maintaining a filing system of both current and archived records; coordinating travel arrangements; running various errands in company vehicles; providing support to our Outpatient Services staff, and other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a positive and cheerful personality, continually demonstrate professionalism, as well as be flexible, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

The following criteria REQUIRED:

Two (2) Years of Administrative/Medical Office experience

Experience using an electronic medical records and ability to learn new computer programs quickly

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service skills and experience

Good attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational skills are essential

Additional qualifications PREFERRED:

Associates Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

Accounting experience

A working knowledge of Apple equipment

Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver’s license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

Pay & Benefits

Starting at $15.00 per hour/DOE.
