Now Hiring: Merchant Account Boarding and Support Specialist

An established and successful merchant services (credit card processing) company in Westlake is growing and looking for bright, driven, and detail-oriented people to join our team. We have great clients and a happy team, and work in a professional, chill environment.

Responsibilities Include:

· Answering inbound leads to help clients setup a new merchant account

· For new merchant accounts: Complete the application process, follow through with underwriting to approval and complete client onboarding process

· Engage with clients in a friendly, professional and positive manner while actively listening to their needs and providing support and solutions to meet those needs

· System training for new clients

· Account support and retention

· Record customer information within our database and CRM

· Manage electronic files and application data

· Collaborate with management to stay updated on new products, services and policies

Desired Candidate Qualifications:

· Payments industry experience is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right person interested in making payments a career

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to successfully track details in timely manner

· Highly adaptable to technology and systems

· Self-motivated, impeccable work ethic, and committed to meeting deadlines

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Dependable, trustworthy, highly ethical, positive attitude and people oriented

· Values and enjoys being a part of a team and providing AMAZING service & support to clients

Salary: Salary structure includes base pay based on experience, between $30K - $50K, plus earned bonuses.
