On Call Supervisor

Hiring 2 On Call Supervisors for Busy Non-Medical Home Care company.

This is a weekend position. Friday to Monday every other week. Work one full weekend but get paid for two weeks. Phone hours would be Friday 4pm to Monday 8am, as well as Monday 4pm to Tuesday 8am.

Description: Every other week applicant would carry a phone and answer all calls, schedule caregivers, meet with clients, and other tasks through the weekend.

Job requirements:

1. Every other Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon or two weekends a month.

2. Paid for each hour on call plus overtime

3. Must cover any shifts either by CG or self during on call

4. Must do orientations on those 4 days/evenings

5. Must do supervisory visits throughout those 4 days

6. Will be paid mileage

7. Must answer all calls

8. Must be able to do intakes on the weekend

9. Communicate with other staff

10. Must be able to work with any client

11. Must be able to work days or nights depending on need

12. Must have computer experience

13. Late day or weekend interviews or hiring

14. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working as CNA, Caregiver or hands on experience

15. Must be able to pass National and Local Background checks

16. Must have current Driver's License and reliable transportation.
