We are a growing herbal supplement company located in Loveland, Colorado and are looking for a detailed/organized, flexible Inventory management and Production Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
> Records inventory, purchasing and receiving in QuickBooks inventory
> tracking system; including - deliveries, shipments, and stock levels and valuation levels Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and products to verify quantity and product quality.
> convert units of measure, as necessary.
> Review daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory reorder.
Execute physical inventory and cycle counts, as necessary.
> Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
> Reports inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to upper management.
> Qualifications/Skills:
> 3 or more years’ experience preferred
> Inventory planning
> Verbal and written communication
> Organizational and logistics skills
> Problem solving
> Data analysis
> Experience working with QuickBooks inventory management software and
> forecasting strategies, job costing and unit of measure conversions
Other duties may be assigned.
