Do you want to work for one of the largest nonprofits in Durango and make a difference for kids and families? Tri-County Head Start is seeking an experienced Full-Time Team Lead at our Park Location.

Team Leads supervise and coordinate the activities of the classroom’s Preschool Teacher and Aide to facilitate general classroom operations and administrative functions. This position performs identified tasks to facilitate the overall classroom operation including: clerical tasks, enrollment assistance, family support, health tracking, coordination of community resources, and general administrative assistance. The Team Lead is the main point of contact for all of the site’s required paperwork. This position is 30 hours a week for 40 weeks.

The ideal candidate has strong and effective analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, the ability to work in a team or as a project lead, and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Minimum Requirements: Associate degree in a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience supervising employees. Working knowledge of personal computers, database programs, and internet and email systems. Experience working with ChildPlus and Google Suite of products preferred.

Salary/Benefits: Salary range $15.24/hr to $18.96/hr, based on education and experience. Full coverage health benefits along with Dental and Vision are available for enrollment on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include sick and personal leave. Option to sign up for a 403(b) plan after one year of employment.
