2nd Shift Lead Receptionist/Supervisor

Unique opportunity for a male or female with great customer service and leadership skills available to work Full Time afternoon and evening hours. This busy salon needs a take charge type of individual as 2nd shift Lead Receptionist and develop supervisory role. This individual will work closely with our team of service providers and receptionists to oversee smooth appointment schedules and ensure guests' satisfaction. Outgoing personality with ability to warmly and professionally welcome and engage guests in conversation, offer coffee, hang coats, check in and cash out guests, maintain cash drawer, schedule future appointments, recommend products, answer phones, confirm appointments, and participate with the team with light housekeeping to maintain strict standards of COVID cleanliness. This individual will be a key holder and assume responsibilities to close the salon at night. Although the salon closes weekdays at 8pm and Saturdays at 4pm, the keyholder is responsible to stay and lock up when all guest services are completed and service providers have cleaned up. Salon is Closed Sundays.

Excellent verbal and communication skills required.

Education or experience in the salon industry is preferred but not necessary.

Experience with Meevo 2 software preferred but not necessary.

Must have outgoing, friendly and positive personality with excellent customer service skills.

Upscale salon environment. Professional, Stylish and Fashionable appearance required. Black dress code observed.

Salary based upon experience. Potential for Management growth.
