Job Description / Duties:

Seeking Experienced Epoxy Flooring Foreman that is looking utilize their creative talents to lead and build. Someone that has high energy, strong work ethics and ability to motivate. The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

-Candidate should know how to run and properly operate a shot-blasting machine

-Candidate should know how to properly prepare a concrete surface in order to receive an epoxy floor system

-Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in epoxy flooring industry

-Candidate should be have knowledge in all aspects regarding the application of resinous flooring systems

-Candidate should have knowledge of epoxies, cementious urethanes, epoxy mortars, moisture mitigation systems, urethanes, broadcasting of colored aggregates, and troweling of integral cove bases

-Ideal candidate would know how to properly provide positive pitching to drains

-Candidate MUST possess an OSHA 10 card or be willing to obtain one within one week of employment

-A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record is required.

-Must be able to work flexible hours and be available for an emergency response on short notice

-Must be able to legally work in the United States

-Must have a clean criminal background and be able to pass a police background check for government projects.

Working Conditions:

Contact with a range of people including various personalities on construction sites.

Travel is required 90-100% of the time. We work all over New England and New York, so at times, there is much travel needed.

Work is conducted on construction sites.

Physical demands are as follows;

-Must be able to lift sand bags up to 100 pounds, buckets up to 75 pounds.

-Must be able to stand on spiked shoes for long periods of time.

-Must be able to provide own transportation to Enfield, CT

-Must be physically able to hand grind a floor for long periods of time.
