Patient Service Representative - Full Time

Mondovi Dental is looking for a talented professional to fill a full-time Patient Service Representative (PSR) position in our East Haven office (Monday, Tuesday 9-5:30, Wednesday 8-5, Thursday 9-5:30, & Friday 8-4:30). PSRs interact with patients to schedule and confirm appointments, process new patient paperwork and insurance submissions, and manage delinquent patient accounts.

CPR certification and front desk experience in the medical or dental field is required.
