Job Description
The Company:Phoenix Home Care provides an exceptionally high level of care for our pediatric clients and has been recognized numerous times by being named “Missouri’s Best Home Care” for 9 years in a row. We have a well respected staff and our owner will know you by name!
The Position:We are looking for LPN’s and RN’s to work with our pediatric clients. Must have your active nursing license in the state that you reside, or a multi-state license. Care can include, but is not limited to,trachs, g-tubes, mickey buttons, and vents.
The Location:Phoenix Home Care is based in Springfield, MO but we have grown to be located in multiple states across the Mid-West. We have offices in Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois.

LPN License
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
Ability to pass a drug test
Ability to pass a background check
