Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Create Engineering designs in compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements and related specifications.

Develop engineering documentation, 3D CAD models, calculations, manufacturing procedures, and customer technical literature for effective communication and robust implementation of process systems manufactured by Clean Energy Cryogenics.

Utilize design for manufacturing principles and creative problem solving in new product development.

Implement solutions based on industry Codes and Standards (ASME BPVC) and sound engineering practice Provide support to Sales and Marketing teams through pre-project work.

Formulate plans, designs, cost estimates, and specifications for the construction or modernization of fueling stations, along with its projected maintenance.

Perform engineering and quality analysis of designs; develop and execute product testing protocols

Develop and maintain a schedule and budget for Engineering projects and control expenditures within the limitations of that budget.

Work closely with manufacturing for design input, customer requirement tracking, product quality and ensuring compliance with engineering

Coordinate the completion of each project including definition, development, internal or external approvals, and validation or commissioning.

Interface with customers, general contractors, suppliers and external technical resources to ensure scope is defined, and technical requirements are being delivered.

Contribute ideas, leadership, support, and development in project teams and to peers.

Prepare status and progress project reports for the Manager of Engineering and company management.

Advise management regarding engineering problems and potential ways to solve them.

Conduct a quality check of all documents and reports, verifying accuracy of data, information, and calculations.

Assist in process implementation as well as preparing and maintaining standards, specifications, and other departmental documentation.

Travel is expected up to 15% of the time and required in performance of job duties and responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's Degree in a specialized discipline of Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Process, Industrial, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering); plus, a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills

Experience with SOLIDWORKS or similar 3D CAD modeling, Math CAD, proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

EIT or PE preferred.

Other

Experience with industrial control systems, PLC programming, machine control and industrial power systems a plus

Experience in natural gas industry and/or cryogenics a plus
