The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an experienced Benefits Coordinator to provide long-term temporary support to the busy HR team of an international non-profit. The person in this role will work with all levels of staff and act as the primary point of contact for benefits-related questions and needs. A perfect opportunity for a candidate with 5+ years of benefits administration experience looking for a temporary contract through Spring 2021.
Responsibilities Include:
Handling new employee benefits orientation
Ensuring seamless administration of benefits in coordination with third party administrators
Reconciling benefits with payroll registries and ensure updates are accurate
Assisting with awards programs and other benefit initiatives
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
5+ years of benefits administration experience
Proficiency with Workday Benefits a plus
Ability to handle confidential information with diplomacy
Strong customer service communication skills
