Ms. Annie's Waxing Studio is a 5 star rated waxing boutique in Tysons Corner. We are expanding to Reston (the future Silicone Valley of the East). It's a 1700 sqft space with 5 rooms & 1 break room. We are looking to rent out 1-2 rooms. Short term or long term.

The rooms are 10x13 with a 11ft ceiling and a sink. We are looking for all esthetic professional such as facialist, lash technician & massage therapist that does not perform waxing or sugaring. Rent is by week $250/week mon-sun. You'll have the receptionist to help check in client and a dedicated space to advertise your business. We will do heavy advertising to bring in clients. You will benefit from the foot traffic.
