Financial Operations Associate

Job Description

As our Financial Operations Associate, you will be the pillar supporting the client-facing financial operations of a national network of clinical research sites. Being the cornerstone of our front-end and back-end financial operations, every report and tracker you create supports the advancement of new medical treatments.

With a keen eye for detail, you will assist to design and implement the process flow of our financial operations, you bring an intrinsic analytical ability to generate and accurately maintain reports and trackers and handle sensitive data with discretion.

• Create and maintain financial trackers and reports for our clinical sites
• Collaborate with contracts team and site staff to implement an optimized financial workflow
• Process payments per project budgets and internal guidelines.
• Conduct audits of financial records to ensure accuracy
• Generate a system of periodic financial analyses, conducting quality checks of financial information
• Maintain bank records, account ledgers and reconcile financial information
• Manage relationships with vendor accounts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business administration or finance
• At least 3 years of relevant experience supporting B2Bfinancial operations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret numbers and financial information
• Excellent organization and time management skills to monitor several projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Desire and/ or experience of working in a dynamic fast-paced environment

• Location: Anywhere in the USA. Proximity to Boston, MA is a plus.
