Pines & Palms Resort at mile marker 80.4 is looking for an outgoing organized person to help us take care of our returning guests and friends. We are all about friendly customer service delivered in laid back, low-stress Islamorada style.

We are a family owned old Florida style resort with cottages and suites on 5 tropical acres. Guests relax at our ocean-front pool and tiki bar, hire in-house guides for fishing, snorkeling and adventures. We've built great long-term relationships over the last 20+ years and need a friendly professional person to help us maintain those relationships while building new ones.

The job starts as a front desk position so you can learn our systems and then move up in both responsibility and compensation. Daily responsibilities include opening and closing the office, meeting and greeting guests, reservations, check-ins and outs, supervising employees, offering advice on restaurants, fishing and other local attractions, and most important… making people feel welcome and at home.
