Marina/Ship Store Manager (Marco Island)

Looking for a PT or FT Marina/Ship Store Manager. 30-40 hours per week. Must have good customer service skills and be able to work weekends and some holidays. Computer and cash handling experience required. Fishing and/or boating knowledge a plus. Great opportunity. Must be able to pass a background check and random drug testing. Marina Manager, Part time or Full time, Permanent, Marco Island

Job Duties:

- Operation of the Ship Store, Fuel Docks, and Boat Ramp Facilities

- Sales and Cash Handling

- Customer Service; ensure customers' needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient

- Handle emergencies timely and efficiently

- Live bait handling; cleaning and maintenance of bait tanks

- Monitor fuel dock and assist customers

- Stock retail inventory, monitor inventory and maintain store appearance

- Perform regular clean-up/maintenance of store, fuel dock, bait tank, docks, fish cleaning station, boat ramp, restrooms and entire facility. Includes trash removal, sweeping, dusting, windows, etc.

Skills Required:

- Must be able to lift/carry at least 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time

- Boating and/or fishing knowledge a plus

- Strong customer service skills and cash handling experience

- Good at multi-tasking during busy times

- Must be able to work weekends and holidays

- Must be able to work year round uninterrupted

- Willingness to work all locations when needed

- Excellent work ethic; reliable, responsible and able to work independently with little supervision

- Pre-employment Drug Test required
