Painters, Cleaners, and Maintenance Tech needed

Coastal Brothers Contracting is in need of a sub contractors experienced in Paint, Clean, and Maintenance, for housing units in the surrounding areas of Mayport and Jacksonville. Turn Key for military housing units We are looking for a reliable person! Work is not limited to military housing as we do a lot of contracting in the surrounding area. We currently need painters, cleaners, and maintenance techs. If you have a crew that is great or individual is good as well.

Start Date: Immediately! Need someone ASAP!

Must be able to pass a 10 year background check in order to have access to the the Navy base. Maintenance should also have a truck.

Position: Sub-Contractor (you will receive a 1099)

Maintenance Tech will receive a weekly SALARY pay if desired or pay by unit

Painter is paid by each unit painted.

Cleaner is paid by each unit cleaned.

We are asking for a minimum of 1 year experience.

Scope of work: Primarily general maintenance. Occasionally floor installation, cabinet installation, roof repair, drywall repair, tile work, etc. Work will mostly be turn key work such as fixing faucets, caulking around things, general maintenance issues in home. Materials are supplied but you must have your own tools. Also a truck or van is best to have in order to carry your tools and supplies.

Painter: Painting anywhere from 2 to 4 bedroom military housing units. Paint is supplied.

Cleaner: Cleaner is expected to clean like a move in. This includes appliances, light fixtures, floors, etc.

Must have reliable transportation and be able to enter the Military Installation if needed(entrance requires you to obtain a pass from the main gateitems required: valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle registration) Must be able to pass background check at the gate or they will not let you access the installations. Anyone with a felony will not be granted access unless it has been over 10 years.

Must provide your own tools/equipment. Maintenance items and paint will be provided for you.

Deadlines will have to be met on time! You will be paid weekly upon completion of work scope. Work schedule is Monday through Friday and maybe an occasional weekend day.

Must have cell phone access in order to be reached while on job sites.
