Telemarketing/Activations/Confirmations Agent

I need a couple of strong agents that are familiar with the Timeshare / Vacation Ownership industry that has worked in a call center environment selling or activating or Confirming Mini Vacation Packages to travel to Orlando. Positions available:

Telemarketer – contact existing members, past guests, take inbound calls all for selling Mini Vac pkg. (NO COLD CALLING EVER!)

Activations/Res Push – contact guests with an open dated package and get them to travel.

Confirmations – Contact all guests prior to arrival to confirm details and understanding of package offer and terms/conditions/expectations. Overcome and solve any discrepancies at this time.

Skills required:

Call Center work with sales or reservations.

Comfortable working on a computer and using Microsoft Office.

Monday – Friday 10 – 7pm (1hr for lunch). (Confirmer works 12-8pm weekends included)

Activations/Confirmer - $35k a year but realistic potential for much more for the right person. Hourly plus commission

Telemarketer – up to $50k a year or more. Depends on your level of experience.
