Job Description

The job functions listed below represent the essential job duties and responsibilities of the above-listed position.

  • Develop and generate custom and ad hoc queries for end users in Workday
  • Collect, audit and enter PSF's into database. Notify supervisor of approval or denial and send topayroll for processing.
  • Maintain and analyze non-driver department counts on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Report and analyze turnover and exit interview data on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Configure, report and analyze the owner spend spreadsheet on a quarterly basis.
  • Prepare the AD and Above compensation spreadsheet upon request.
  • Prepare and submit the EEO-1 report on and annual basis.
  • Prepare the PSF pay changes spreadsheet for the pay increase committee on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Provide information to supervisors, such as; pay information, PRP status, work location, departmentinformation and pay ranges.
  • Provide compensation information and analysis using ERI and other compensation comparison tools.
  • Maintain and update forms and resources such as; PSF, PSF Justification, Supervisor Guidelines andthe Associate discount program page.
  • Manage and maintain job descriptions, pay ranges and job codes in HR's Access Job Descriptiondatabase and HRMS.
  • Participate in salary surveys such as Culpepper and HRMS.
  • Timely and regular attendance according to the scheduled shift as determined by supervisory personnel.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in Workday Report Writer and Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on statistical analysis or equivalent experience working with HR data and analytics
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn the business and business processes and determine and provide appropriate information analysis
  • Ability to apply information maintained in HR systems to address organizational issues and questions
  • Ability to analyze workforce data and identify relationships between and among datasets, and draw conclusions about the data
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Ability to develop and deliver briefings on complex or sensitive issues to manager and executive-level audiences as appropriate
  • Expert with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet business deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and on teams

  • Human Resources processes and data
  • Data analysis, research methods and ability to prepare analytic reports
  • Workday HCM and Workday Report Writer
  • Project management
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Data visualization
  • Interpreting, presenting and explaining data
  • Working with large data sets and analyzing data from various sources
  • Tableau, Microsoft Access or other relational databases
