Apartment Service & Landscape

Multifamily developer, builder, and all in one management company is looking to hire and add to their dynamic staff at one of our newly built assets.

We are looking for onsite service personnel to fill positions at current Brunswick location and future locations.

In addition, we are looking to hire an individual for our in house landscape team. Rate of pay will be different for this position and we are willing to train.

Monday thru Friday work with some Saturdays needed. Bi-Monthly pay with direct deposit. Willing to train for the right individual. $13 to $18 an hour with competitive rental discounts. Salary positions and higher pay available to the right prospective employee.

Growth potential as we are building 15 more communities in the next 2 years.
