SEO Specialist

Position Summary :

Real Green Systems is looking for a great candidate for our SEO Specialist role. You should be an experienced SEO / SEM professional with a deep knowledge of search engine optimization who is up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working to ensure our client'™s websites are as successful as possible.

Responsibilities :

Work with the website development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code sites

Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations

Research and analyze competitor links

Works on special projects (as needed)

Requirements :

A four-year or higher degree in marketing, business, or another relevant field is required

Work experience in a SEO role

Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

A functional understanding of HTML and CSS

Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms

The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy

A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO

Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs

Able to create reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills

Organized and able to manage time efficiently

High sense of urgency, motivation and positivity, and strong work ethic
