We are looking for a Manager, Regional Marketing to shape the go-to-market strategy for our portfolio of solutions in Latin America. Reporting into the Sales organization, the role involves leading our Regional Marketing team members to implement, track and optimize digital and events marketing campaigns in the region with the goal of generating and converting quality leads, driving customer engagement, and supporting the Sales organization in exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, Americas (North and Latin America), you will be responsible for building the strategy and managing the LATAM Marketing team to deploy a calendar of Content, Digital Campaigns, Events Marketing, and Public Relations;

  • Define and strategize for a region-specific marketing plan that includes integrated campaigns with events, online events, email, display, and social media advertising;

  • Support the team in the development and implementation of full-stack Marketing programs, including events, webinars, email campaigns, website, display, and social media advertising;

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to determine the priorities for each of the different countries in the region;

  • Optimize the Marketing funnel with an account-based approach in alignment with Sales priorities;

  • Engage and strategize with Corporate and Product Marketing, and other teams in the company;

  • Manage the Regional Marketing budget and optimize ROI;

  • Develop and manage local partnerships to support our content and events to reach a wider audience in the region;

  • Develop and manage local agencies and contractors to expand the Marketing team’s reach in the different countries of the region;

  • Measure and evaluate key success metrics.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge about the B2B SaaS industry, knowledge in the ed-tech space is highly desirable;

  • Proven ability to manage and drive teams;

  • Experience in planning and executing campaigns that build pipeline for new business and drive customer engagement;

  • Proven ability to analyze complex market dynamics and develop a marketing strategy;

  • Comfort in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data from a variety of sources;

  • A team player attitude to share and learn from experiments and happily adjust to new goals and tactics;

  • Fast-paced - thrives in a fast-moving environment with relentless grit;

  • Take ‘no’ as a challenge and not as an obstacle; persistently tenacious;

  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and a positive attitude. Desire to get hands-on work experience;

  • Ability to function professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Academic Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Marketing; Business Administration; Communications; Journalism & Media Studies or Engineering, or proven equivalent experience;

  • +6 years of experience in B2B Marketing;

  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Must be able to provide detailed feedback in Portuguese and Spanish copywriting;

  • Experience in the digital ecosystem, including how SEO, SEM, paid media, content, online events and sales work together;

  • Experience and knowledge in Sales CRM and Marketing automation systems;

  • Experience with Turnitin as a user is highly desirable.
