CAREGIVERS will provide direct services to our participants, adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, under the direction of a home manager at the following ARC homes:

38hrs/week: 6th Ave B Home - Mon thru Fri 3-9pm and Sat 10am-6pm

25.5hrs/week: Lusitana C Home - Sat 9am-9pm, Sun 9am-10:30pm

24hrs/week: Kaimuki A Home - Sat and Sun 7am-7pm

24hrs/week: 6th Ave A Home - Sat and Sun 7am-7pm

24hrs/week: 6th Ave B Home - Sat and Sun 7am-7pm

24hrs/week: Kamehame Home - Sat 11am-11pm and Sat 9am-9pm

16hrs/week: Ewa A Home - Fri and Sat 11pm-7am

Hourly pay rate: $13.52

(Note: There may be flexibility with the scheduled weekend days above. Please inquire).

RELIEF CAREGIVERS will be used primarily as replacements for employees who are out due to sickness, injury, vacation, leave of absence, etc. These positions have no set schedule or set days off as they may change from week to week depending on the location they are sent to. He or she may be assigned to work anywhere in Oahu within the company.

Full time 37.540hrs/week: Location and schedule varies

Hourly pay rate: $14.73$16.37 + $200.00 monthly travel stipend

Seeking a NURSE CASE MANAGER who will provide Arc clients with necessary services to attain and maintain optimal health status. The RN will be responsible for assuring access and provision of quality medical care to all our participants.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include, but are not limited to:

-Provides basic FA/CPR to clients, staff and others, when needed

-Assures program and facility compliance on policies and regulations

-Maintains accurate and complete documentation in client medical records

-Initiates and receives physicians' medication and treatment orders and assures accurate implementation of orders

-Participates in Department Quality Assurance Programs

-Reports med errors and initiates Incident Reports as needed

-Provides health care explanations and guidance to families and guardians

-Attends medical appointments with care providers/residents as assigned

REQUIREMENTS include, but are not limited to:

-Current Hawaii RN license

-Must have ability to communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing

-Must have ability to multi-task and stay organized

-Must have basic computer skills

-Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, overnights if needed

-Must have a current valid driver's license, reliable transportation with a clean driver's abstract

-One year volunteer or work experience assisting persons with intellectual or developmental (ID/DD) disabilities preferred.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday in addition to a flexible work shift

Annual salary rate: $TBD (commensurate with experience)
