HANDY MAN

Part-time position needed for a 292 unit complex, consisting of 28 two-story buildings and a recreation center.

We are seeking a reliable person, with a positive attitude and good verbal communication skills. Prefer experience in carpentry, general maintenance, some plumbing and basic knowledge of power tools.

Requirements-

1. Must have own transportation with current driver’s license.

2. Must have working phone.

3. Must be able to climb ladders, navigate slopes and uneven terrain.

4. Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

5. Must have knowledge of painting.

Drug testing and background check will be required.
