Customer Service Representative

Western Heating & Air Conditioning has an opening for a full time and part time CSR/administrative assistant. We are looking for someone with integrity and drive. Someone who agrees with our company philosophy to exceed the customer's expectations.

Position requirements include great phone skills, the ability to multi-task, fantastic attention to detail, and be able to work in a stressful environment. They must have initiative and be able to help coordinate the efforts of the CSR staff. Customer service and office experience preferred. Call center experience extremely helpful.

This full-time position will average between 32 and 40 hours per week and the salary DOE. We will provide extensive training to aid in the success of this individual.

Must be clean cut, possess great interactive people skills, well-spoken and smoke free.

Western Heating requires applicants to pass background check and drug testing.
