Well established business in Lewiston, ID is seeking a full-time dependable person with an ability to work independently, has full charge bookkeeping (GL, AR, AP, PR, FS) experience, and possesses strong multi-tasking and communication skills to join our office.

As the "front" of the office, primary duties are as follows: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls. Provide basic accurate information in-person and via phone/email.

As the "back" of the office duties are as follows: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Quarterly Tax Filings. Perform clerical duties such as filing, receiving, and sorting mail. Maintain required records, reports, and files in an organized manner. Update all facets of marketing within the company whether via social media, digital advertising, and/or print.

Must be proficient in a variety of computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and QuickBooks Pro.

This is a full-time position Monday – Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.

Experience:

●Strong phone and customer service skills

●Proficient in all facets of Quickbooks Pro Desktop (3 years minimum experience)

●Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

●5 years Full Charge Bookkeeping experience

●Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

●Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

●Highly organized and detail-oriented

●Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision

●Strong verbal and written communication skills

●Proven ability to maintain confidentiality

●Must be able to work in a pet-friendly environment

This is a full-time position Monday – Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.
