2nd shift- QC Lab Technician

We are seeking a qualified QC Lab Technician with a strong background in the cosmetic industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 5 years of experience and must be able to hit the ground running with minimal training.The candidate should be adaptable and flexible as occasional overtime may be required. The QC Lab Technician will primarily be responsible for conducting various tests on raw materials and bulk products to ensure compliance with quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality control tests on raw materials and bulk products according to established procedures.

Conduct tests including but not limited to refractive index, specific gravity, melting point, moisture determination, viscosity, pH, olfactory, and visual assessments.

Record and analyze test results and report any deviations or abnormalities to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain accurate and organized records of testing procedures and results. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any quality-related issues that may arise during production.

Familiarity with company systems such as SAP is a plus.

Qualifications:

1 to 5 years of experience in quality control within the cosmetic industry. Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
