Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
Valid Driver's License & insurance
Computer Skills
Excellent Phone Customer Service Skills
Ability to handle customer complaints/ upset customers
Light lifting & carrying - up to 50lbs
Responsibilities:
Receiving inbound customer service calls
Making outbound customer service calls to schedule appointments & gather/ clarify info as needed
Taking detailed notes about what customer needs
Researching customer files for background project information
Ordering parts as needed and confirming orders
Making sure parts inventory is filled and organized
Meeting with services technicians every morning and communicating about services continually
Receiving shipments of parts and unloading items as needed. Will often require assistance.
Being the face/ voice of the person in charge of our company's service department.
