Email Me Similar Jobs Email Me This JobThe In-Home Therapeutic Coaching Team Leader serves as a clinical consultant to the START Team, within Canandaigua. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of clinical programming for assigned START Coordinators and in-home supports.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other Human Services field. NYS licensure/certification is preferred.Two years' experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.Two years' experience supervising others in the implementation of direct service (preferred).Experience in therapeutic programming for individuals with challenging behavior.Experience with expressive therapies (music therapy, art therapy, recreational therapy, occupational therapy) preferred.Must be able to meet all Coordinator Certification competencies and obtain certification within 12 months of employment.
