We are recruiting for the following position(s) :

Position Summary :

Front Office Supervisor - Posting #Full-time position available immediately for our White Center Medical Clinic. Ideal candidate will have proven excellent customer services skills, demonstrate enthusiastic and professional demeanor, and excel at multi-tasking while an integral part of the care team ensuring patient flow and providing quality patient care in a safe and timely manner.

The main function is to supervise the receptionists, coordinate patient flow and coordinate patient schedules. In addition, must be able to participate in the training process of new employees and be knowledgeable of procedures used.

Participates in Quality Improvement and assists the Clinic Manager in other necessary meetings. Knowledge of Allscripts (the current program used) desirable.

Education and / or Experience :

Must have completed basic courses in office management and be knowledgeable of the duties and responsibilities of the front desk staff

Computer skills, verbal and written skills, and confidentiality is a must

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Bilingual, English / Spanish required for this position
