Join our amazing team today!:Come grow your career with us! We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to manage and direct the Nursing Department for a skilled nursing home. The DON will be responsible for day to day patient care operations, provide leadership to both licensed /unlicensed nursing staff and ensure all state and federal regulations are followed.Qualifications:Must have a current RN (Registered Nurse) license issued by the state of Oklahoma

Must have basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Experience with electronic medical records a plus

Previous leadership experience desired

Must have history of good surveys

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Be a self-starter and excited to bring new ideas to improve nursing operations

Be versatile and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Experience with skilled healthcare desired

Experience with ICD-10 coding a plus
