HR Operations Coordinator - $16/hr-$18/hr - Bowie, MD

Our client, a health focused organization in Bowie, MD is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator join their team for 3-4 months!About You:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.1+ years of experience in HR coordination or administrative work.Experience working within an HRIS system preferred.Strong detail orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).The Job:Perform administrative tasks for the HR department mostly related to employee onboarding and information management.Keep track of and update employee information in iCIMS.Work with IT department to get new hires set up with logins and equipment.Update and maintain candidate profiles while maintaining confidentiality.Perform other tasks as required.This is a long-term temporary opportunity that pays $16/hr-$18/hr depending on experience.
