Construction Project Manager

Looking to hire a Project Manager, Superintendent, Estimator for a multi-house residential project in Northern Virginia, as well as future opportunities in DC/Maryland/Northern Virginia area.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, positive and will possess:

Ten years of stable and verifiable experience in residential construction.

Must be able to read and understand plans & specifications with knowledge of all trades.

Can manage others and schedule job progress while effectively managing subcontractors.

Possess the ability to motivate, guide and direct a team to reach business goals.

Must be capable of estimating, building and keeping project schedules.

Commitment to completion of projects on time and within budget.

Ability to resolve field vs. plans' related discrepancies.

Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Residential construction experience is required.
