CUSTOMER SERVICE/DISPATCHER
Located in Owings, MD, Proware Systems is the area's leading waste and recycling equipment provider. We are expanding and hiring immediately. We are currently seeking a full time Customer Service/Dispatcher.
The Customer Service/Dispatcher is a key position within our company. This is a great opportunity for the right person to join our dynamic team and start a new career.
JOB SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for taking service calls then dispatching them to the appropriate technicians to ensure the highest level of customer service possible.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: H.S. Diploma, College Degree preferred.
Experience: 1+ year of administrative background in a professional office environment.
Orientation to detail.
Computer literacy in spread sheets and word processing.
Strong customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take service calls from customers and dispatch them to the assigned technician based on geography.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other tasks include but are not limited to: maintaining inventory, scheduling meetings, preparing work orders for invoicing, filing and much more.
