Landscape/ Snow Manager

Our company specializes in providing simple and cost effective solutions for residential and commercial grounds-keeping. We currently provide grounds keeping service on approximately 700 properties.

We are looking for an innovator experienced in deploying technology based solutions to efficiently scale our local landscape department into a national brand. Someone who has experience in the landscape management field that can lead our team by example.

We are looking for someone who will be excited to improve and grow the landscape department, along with maintaining its daily operations with good interpersonal & communication skills. You must have the drive to come in and work hard everyday. If there is anything that would keep you from being able to consistently work the hours we hire you for please consider another opportunity, as it will require full time work to take the team to the next level with us.

You Must Have

-Great Attendance

-Have good professionalism

-Proficient with technology and have experience with various software's

-Ability to stay focused

-Excellent management skills

-High level of understanding of basic landscape functions & snow removal

-Bi-lingual fluently written & spoken (as half of our staff is Spanish speaking only)

-Good/ responsive customer service

-Willing to take calls

-Ability to estimate and sell basic landscaping services

-Ability to go to job sites/ get around job sites as each individual project needs to properly quote potential leads, assess work done or attend to complaints

-Willing to brave the elements of all seasons
