The real estate team manager is responsible for maintaining and improving processes needed to run a full service real estate team. As the manager of a residential real estate team you will oversee all aspects of leasing, sales and property management. You will manage agents on the team and ensure all tasks are being completed and client satisfaction remains high.

Mission: To ensure the team is performing at maximum capacity and providing an excellent client experience. .

Job Standards

Primary Objectives -

Ensure all processes and tasks are being followed

Improve and create new process and tasks

Track and report daily and weekly activities

Regular Work Activities-

Responding to Phone calls and emails

Updating office systems as needed

Working with agents to make sure tasks and timelines are completed

Management Responsibilities -

Manage a team of 4-6 agents

People Contacts and Interactions -

Weekly reporting to Broker/Owner

Daily reporting to Team Leader

Daily check in with agents

Required equipment

Agent to use personal mobile phone for all communications but will be given company email and VOIP app for business calls.

Laptop to be either provided by employee or provided by Avenue depending on preference

Systems Used

Slack, Maris MLS, ShowingTime, PropertyWare, PropertyMeld, Dotloop, Docusign, LeadSimple, Supra, Squarespace, Google Apps.

Term and Hours
