We have an exciting opportunity for a Tier 2 Support Agent with our industry-leading client in Oak Ridge, TN.Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Responsibilities:
  • Heavy phone support role so candidates need to be comfortable working behind a desk and spending most of their time answering the phones.
  • Will be doing frequent password resets and answering Active Directory questions

Requirements:
  • Desktop Knowledge required
  • Windows Knowledge and Active Directory experience
  • AA Degree in related discipline and 3-4 years related experience; or High School and 2-4 years of related experience with relevant certification.
  • Experience with Knowledge Management and Automation is a plus
  • HDI Certificated preferred
