About the TeamOur Digital Business team is looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about the customer experience and has analytical and multi-task abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Product Manager is responsible for reviewing the long-term technological roadmap, and working cross-functionally with our product, delivery and business teams are working to drive business value. This Product Manager will develop an intimate knowledge of the current state of the business, technology, and will drive results to achieve the desired future state. About the JobCurrently, we are looking for someone who is a creative problem solver to investigate, develop a roadmap, and readout to leadership on action plans to address root causes for order processing issues and/or cancellations. The ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter who maintains a versatile set of skills such an analytical/statistical mindset, a technical acumen, excellent written/verbal skills, and is not afraid of a challenge. This work requires coordination and collaboration with many other departments to align efforts so we can meet the demands of an ever-changing marketplace. This could include changing customer communications to understanding various process and technical issues that Retail Reps encounter, or driving key, systematic changes to our website and downstream systems.   • Executes on product plans that grow customer engagement, improve customer experience and drive relevance
  • Reviews data to assess health of our business and order processing and quickly identifying any issues if they arise
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in order fulfillment, fraud, order cancellations, outbound customer communications, and general pain-points within the customer journey
  • Works in an Agile environment to refine business requirements by working collaboratively with our product, development, and architects to craft optimal, fulfillment experiences from the point of sale, or until an order is activated, delivered, or installed.
  • Monitors product for all defined KPIs to ensure best-in-class customer experience
  • Works with business partners to balance business & technical objectives and technology partners to deliver the product that meets reliability, scalability, and performance goals
  • Implement best practices by devising AB tests, various system enhancements and solutions, as well as being a creative problem solver when issues arise
  • Acts as a product and process evangelist to build awareness and understanding across teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Information Systems or related field
  • 5+ years of product Retail or eCommerce experience with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
    • Experience within high tech, software and/or wireless/telecom industry highly desired
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development, web technologies and customer communications such as email, SMS and push notification
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives
  • Experience working within scaled agile development team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders
  • Technical skills would include; Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Jira, Scaled Agile Framework, and best practices within the eCommerce/Digital Space.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a retail or consumer organization
