RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in the San Francisco Bay, CA area that is looking for a CX Operations Specialist - Project Manager. This position will be responsible for supporting internal cross-functional communications related to customer-impacting changes to inform our customer-facing teams quickly and efficiently. At the core of this role it is very much a Project Management opportunity working with the CX Team.Duties and Responsibilities: Update and maintain customer-impacting change dashboard using Jira tools and Google Data Studios Keep track of Customer impacting change-related project and communication dates, master calendar, and deliverables Manage dates and operations for high volume customer-impacting change program including multiple change events and supporting detail for each including approvals, comms dates, and customer impacting change dates Support updates and maintenance of internal knowledge base and manage Readiness and Comms weekly newsletter execution Prepare content for Weekly newsletter, Customer Impacting Change meetings, and weekly enablement team updates Support governance, workflow, and overall communication strategy for the global go-to-market organization Provide on-going support and coordination for Readiness and Communication team including Executive Relationship Program and Voice of Customer newsletters Support processes for streamlining communications Make decisions in such a way that risk is controlled, and uncertainty minimizedREQUIREMENTS: Project management background Ability to juggling multiple priorities and deadlines Ability to uncover opportunities within the team to drive improvements, enhance productivity, and accelerate execution Strong communication skills, and experience with newsletter content a plus Have a keen eye for process; Drive ad-hoc projects, reporting, and related tasks when needed Jira/Google Data Studios experience preferredKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
